This policy describes the cookies and browser storage currently used by the BELTRAXON website. The inventory reflects the application as reviewed on 1 August 2026 and does not list services that are not implemented.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text values stored by a browser for a website. A session cookie is removed when its session ends, while a persistent cookie remains until its expiry or deletion. First-party cookies are set for the BELTRAXON website; third-party cookies would be set by another provider.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary cookies support sign-in security and mandatory password-change controls. Preference storage supports actions specifically requested by a user, such as retaining a quotation basket or saved list on that device. The application does not currently use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, advertising pixels or third-party embedded services.
Current cookie and storage inventory
The table identifies each browser-side value used by the current application. BELTRAXON is the provider for every entry. Browser storage duration may also be limited by browser settings, private-browsing mode or manual deletion.

Local and session storage
Local storage remains on the device until it is removed by the user, browser or device policy. BELTRAXON uses local storage for the quotation basket, saved products and product comparison. The application does not currently use browser session storage or store a locale preference in the browser.
Consent and choices
The current application sets only strictly necessary cookies and storage created when a user requests a feature. It therefore does not activate a nonessential analytics or marketing category and no optional-cookie control is presently required. If optional cookies are introduced, they must remain inactive until the user can accept, reject or choose categories, change preferences and withdraw consent as easily as it was given. A persistent Cookie Settings control will then be provided.
Managing cookies and storage
Browser controls can display and delete cookies or local storage. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or mandatory security steps. Clearing local storage removes the quotation basket, saved list and comparison list from that browser. Signing out revokes and removes the authentication cookie.
