BELTRAXON aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is continuing to assess and improve the accessibility of its website. This statement is candid about current measures and the need for continued testing.
Scope and commitment
This statement applies to the public BELTRAXON website, marketplace, quotation workflow and customer account pages. We seek to make core information and actions usable by people with differing visual, auditory, motor and cognitive needs, and to consider accessibility when content and features change.
Accessibility measures
Current measures include semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form fields, error identification, status announcements, text resizing and browser zoom support, responsive layouts, colour-contrast review and image alternative text where images convey information. Interactive controls are intended to remain operable by keyboard and understandable with common screen-reader patterns.
Known limitations
A complete independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed, so BELTRAXON does not claim full compliance. Product documents supplied by third parties, legacy attachments, complex technical tables and some product images may have incomplete accessibility information. Dynamic status changes and administrative workflows require continued assistive-technology testing.

Availability can depend on the source material, but BELTRAXON will review the request and communicate a practical response.
Reporting an accessibility problem
Report a barrier through the contact details on this website. Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or device, and any assistive technology used. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to investigate the issue.
Response process
BELTRAXON will acknowledge a sufficiently detailed report, assess its impact and reproducibility, prioritise it according to severity, and communicate a resolution, workaround or further-information request. Response and remediation timing depends on complexity, third-party dependencies and available technical resources.
Assessment method
Current assessment combines automated accessibility checks, keyboard review, semantic-code review and targeted workflow testing. Automated tools cannot establish full conformance, so manual and assistive-technology testing remains necessary. An independent formal audit has not yet been recorded.
Review schedule and contact
This statement is reviewed when material website features change and as part of periodic accessibility assessment. The update date will be revised after a substantive review. Accessibility enquiries and alternative-format requests may be submitted through the central contact channels.
